All above prices include final cleaning, bed linen, towels for the kitchen (we kindly ask you to bring your own towels), electricity, gas for cooking, water and use of the swimming pool. We also offer free internet use.

 

Tourist Tax is € 1,20 per day per person from 13 years of age and above.

 

Reservations

 

Deposit

Deposit is € 200 per cottage, which will be refunded to you within one month after departure. Any damage will be debited from the deposit.

  

Pets

In consultation with us it is usually allowed to bring your pet.

 

Smoking

Both in the cottages and the bed and breakfast room, smoking is not allowed. 

 

Change over day

The change over day for arrival and departure is on Saturday. In low and mid-season we are more flexible.

 

Given the fact that the cottages will be cleaned by us on Saturday:
 

The arrival time is from 16.00 hours
 

Departure no later than 10.00 hours
 

Down payment

We request a down payment of 50% of the total amount. The remainder is to be paid at least 6 weeks before the arrival date. If you make your reservation within 6 weeks before the arrival date, the total amount is to be paid in full.

In the periods with * we will charge the costs for heating at the end of your stay.
